
Greek Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 red onion, chopped

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg
-
1/2 cup feta cheese
-
1 Tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Tzatziki sauce
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, mix everything but the tzatziki sauce together until combined.

Form meat mixture into balls and put on skewer. Place about 4 meatballs on each skewer. *NOTE: If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak in water 15-20 minutes before using.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until meatballs reach 165 degrees F.

Serve topped with tzatziki sauce.
*This recipe is great served with a side of green beans and roasted sweet potatoes!
