Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 cups milk of your choice

  • 1 Tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp of sweetener of choice

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Dash of salt

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Once combined, evenly distribute between 4 mason jars (or container of choice).

  2. Leave in refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning! Overnight oats will keep for 3-4 days after making.
