Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients:

2 apples, diced

2 cups rolled oats

2 cups milk of your choice

1 Tbs chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp of sweetener of choice

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of salt
Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Once combined, evenly distribute between 4 mason jars (or container of choice).

Leave in refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning! Overnight oats will keep for 3-4 days after making.
